  • Nitro PDF's PrimoPDF is a free tool that converts all kinds of files into PDFs that you can open, edit, and manage with your usual PDF application (Nitro has a free reader, too, if you don't already have one). Some free PDF converters are more like print drivers and only create documents from the Print command. But PrimoPDF also has a handy desktop icon you can drag and drop files into for rapid automatic conversion. Whichever method you prefer, PrimoPDF gives you the choice.
  • Clicking PrimoPDF's Drop Files icon opens the main interface, which is where you configure the program's settings and options. This compact console is simple enough, though not the most intuitive in its layout or design, though you only need to access it when you want to change your settings. Clicking the blue info button opened a pop-up linking to an online manual, or so we hoped, though what we got was a 404 page, and the Web site wasn't much better. PrimoPDF isn't challenging to learn or use, though, and we had no trouble setting the program's options, including Document Properties and PDF Security (which includes password protection). PrimoPDF can generate PDFs optimized for various displays: Screen, eBook, Print, Prepress, and Custom. The program offers three Post Process options, too: Open PDF, Email PDF, and Do Nothing. You can even designate a specific PDF reader to open documents created with PrimoPDF, or use your default reader. To create PDFs from the Print command, simply press your app or document's Print button and choose PrimoPDF from the Printer list, just like you were printing a page.
  • If you regularly convert documents into PDFs for a specific use, it's hard to imagine an easier solution than PrimoPDF's drag-and-drop feature, which automatically creates PDFs to your specifications and (optionally) displays them in your usual PDF viewer with one motion. Procedure To minimize Java applications In Nokia s40 By JAF PKey Emulater

HOW TO MINIMIZE APPLICATIONS IN NOKIA S40 SERIES 

I have successfully disabled my Nokia X2-00 Security wall . It is very nice and useful hack .
Normally we cant minimize the Nokia s40 java applications when active . Normally when you pressing red button  the application will exit and come to home screen . But using this procedure you can minimize your active java applications and enjoy without exit. 
You can minimize and read your received sms .You can change your music player song by minimizing java applications .These are all can be done without closing the active java applications.







Thing we have to do for minimizing the applications is to follow these steps-

first we have to disable the nokia security wall and to disable nokia security wall by following this:-
JAF Only working in Windows-XP . So please Install JAF in windows xp plateform . Otherwise it will give Errors . ( Try Compatibility Change option in properties menu, Change it to windows xp service pack 2 (I have not tried this ))



2. open jaf connect your phone via USB in PC suite mode (close all the application running by nokia at time of running jaf)
3.now go to the bb5 and click on the following.
   
                         read pp
                         normal mode
                         CRT 308

4.now click service,save the pp file anywhere in your hard-drive

5.open the pp file in the notepad and edit the lines. and replace"28" or "48" by "28 2" or "48 2" respectively
                        28 by 28 2(for Nokia Series40 3rd Edition)
                        48 by 48 2(for Nokia Series40 6th Edition)

6.now save the file,open the JAF again,go to BB5 Tab and tick the following.

                         upload pp
                         normal mode
                         CRT 308                         

7.click on the services at the right top side and search that pp file you editted and saved somewhere on your hard-drive

8.Now you are almost done!Now select normal mode from drop-down Menu
9.phone will restart sometimes during disabling of security wall and when your phone start your phone a message comes "test in RNDIS mode",press no button

 NOTE:before using JAF register and make it original by running pkey emulator which comes with JAF in .rar file after that open JAF.
if u dont do all that u will face a error:pkey dongle not detected.



HOW TO EDIT JAVA APPLICATIONS:
1. Download any Java Application on your Computer and transfer it to your Phone.
2. Before Editting, make sure the Application downloaded, is working fine on your Phone.
3. Open the *.JAR file with WinRAR > META-INF > MANIFEST.MF and add this line.
Nokia-MIDlet-no-exit: true
4.Now copy the Application to your Phone.
5.Run Application and press directly Red Button. Application will get minimize and wouldn’t ask you to ‘Allow to quit it’. And you will have to Quit it manually.


NOTE ::: After disabling this java security function plase switch off and turn on your phone .

When phone's start up it will ask "Enable RNDIS usb Mode"  . Please select "NO". If you select the phone will disable "USB" function till your next restart.


I have successfully disabled my Nokia X2-00 Security wall . It is very nice and useful hack .

Microsoft has long dominated the desktop and laptop markets with its Windows operating system, but things have started to change; Apple has started to gain market share with its Macs, while tablets, led by the iPad, have started to eat into the traditional PC’s dominance. It’s clear, then, that Microsoft has to change to keep up and that’s where Windows 8 comes in: it's an OS designed for traditional desktops and tablets alike.
It’s a brave move, as even Apple has decided that it needs on OS for real computers (OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion) and one for its mobile computers (iOS for iPhone and iPad). There’s a real danger that Windows 8 will end up being poor for both tasks, alienating all the operating system's potential users.
With the final Released to Manufacturing (RTM) version of the OS now in our hands, we decided to find out if Microsoft has created the perfect hybrid operating system or a complete mess that tries to mash together a laptop and a tablet.
TWO HEADS ARE BETTER THAN ONE
The first thing to get your head around is that Windows 8 now has two interfaces. So, as well as the Desktop view that we’ve all come to know and love, there's also the Metro interface, with its Live Tiles. Or rather, it was called the Metro interface until a supermarket with the same name complained and Microsoft was forced to drop the name completely, changing the interface's name to just plain Windows 8. As the new interface now has the same name as the operating system, to avoid confusion we'll call the new interface the Start Screen.

The Start screen replaces the Start menu and has Live Tiles, shortcuts, built-in search and its own applications
As the name implies, the Start Screen replaces the old Start menu. It’s more than just a program launcher: as well as plain shortcuts, the screen can house Live Tiles, which update to show you live information, such as how many unread emails you have or what the weather is like. Live Tiles are a great way to keep up with what’s going on and having all this information on a single page is very useful and a vast improvement on the old Gadgets in Windows Vista and 7.
The Start Screen is beautifully smooth to navigate. With its large icons, it certainly looks like it’s designed for tablets, and it has some touchscreen-ready features. On a touchscreen device, you can swipe to move between Start's multiple screens, drag-and-drop tiles where you want them and pinch-to-zoom to get an overall view of your Start Screen. Fortunately, Microsoft has remembered desktop users and you can use a mouse’s scroll-wheel or the scroll bar to move left and right through the pages.
SEARCHING
Searching your computer is now done through the Start Screen, and you can just start typing to bring up the search dialog. This defaults to searching for Apps, but you can also filter by Settings and Files. One of our big bugbears with the Consumer Preview was that once you’d searched for files, your only option was to click a search result and have it open in the default application. Fortunately, Microsoft has fixed this and right-clicking a file now gives you the Open location option, which opens an Explorer Window on the Desktop, where you can copy, rename or delete the file, as well as right-click and choose which application you want to open it with.

Windows 8 is a computer science masterpiece trapped inside a user interface kerfuffle. Microsoft’s new operating system for phones, tablets, laptops, desktops, and servers brims with innovative technologies, bold ideas, and visual elegance. The system’s radical new interface, called Modern, is a pleasure to use on phones and tablets. And although that interface fares poorly on today’s larger desktop computer screens, Windows 8 probably won’t damage the company’s standing in corporate America. It might even shore up its eroding presence on residential desktops and laptops by offering a user experience that’s new, fun, and different from anything offered by Apple and Google. Indeed, that’s my only real criticism of Windows 8: the touch-based user interface is clearly designed for consuming information and having fun, rather than for doing serious work.

 

It’s easy to find things that are wrong with Modern (which was called Metro in developer and early versions). For example, there are no overlapping windows, and there’s simply no way to put three or four applications on a single screen at the same time—even if your work space has a screen that’s 27 inches across. Windows 8 largely eliminates menus—the product of more than 40 years of usability research—and introduces a new system of touch-based text labels and controls that are frequently hidden and obscure. The interface is sparse—applications like e-mail and the address book now present far too little information on the screen, resulting in the need to frequently pan and scroll.
Complicating our understanding of whether these are bugs or features is the departure of Steve Sinofsky shortly after the product’s launch. Sinofsky, who had been president of Microsoft’s Windows Division and was seen as a likely successor to Microsoft chief executive Steve Ballmer, was the very public face of the redesign. He spent more than a year documenting many of the more radical departures in his blog, Building Windows 8, with detailed posts that were supported with telemetry data captured from the millions of users who participated in the Windows Customer Experience Improvement Program. Microsoft will never admit that Windows 8 is a colossal mistake, but was Sinofsky’s sudden departure an admission of sorts that some of the changes were just too radical? Will they be undone in some soon-to-be-released Windows 8.5?
